Connection is a subtype of card. Most connections are resources, and Corporate Troubleshooter is the only non-resource connection in the game. Connections also tend to represent the Runner knowing a specific person or at least having that person's contact information, but this is not a rule. For example, Human First is a connection to an organization, and cards like The Helpful AI and Woman in the Red Dress are virtual connections to cyberspace avatars or programs.
